Check It In. Fix It. Rent It Again.
Rental maintenance tracking for shops that run dirt bikes, adventure bikes, ATVs, and side-by-sides. When a machine comes back, the crew checks it in on their phone, runs your return checklist, and it stays Not Ready until someone clears it.
Running a shop and want a hand getting set up? Talk to Derek.

YOU KNOW THE AFTERNOON
Five bikes roll in at once. The customers are tired, happy, and ready to go home. Nobody wants to stand around while you walk every machine.
So you grab the mileage, sign the paper form, and promise yourself you'll do the real inspection later. Later, the findings end up on a sticky note, a red tag on the bars, or in your tech's head.
Then tomorrow morning somebody asks the question every rental shop dreads. Is that one actually ready to go back out?
HOW A RETURN WORKS IN LOOKOVER
Same steps on every machine, from the counter to the shop floor.
- 1
Check it in
Tap Check In on the machine. The odometer and hours are already filled in from last time, so you just type what it came back with. The machine's totals update on their own, and a reading can't go backwards.
- 2
Run your return checklist
Every item gets OK or Issue. Tires, brakes, chain, leaks, whatever your turnaround sheet says. Anything that's off gets a note and photos. Required items have to be answered before it saves.
- 3
It's Not Ready until someone clears it
A returned machine flips to Not Ready by default, so nobody hands the keys to the next customer by mistake. The whole crew sees it in the garage list, and you can filter to just the machines that are down.
- 4
Fix it and see who did it
Log the repair like any other service. Done by records which tech turned the wrenches. Flip it back to Ready and it's on the line again.
“We just moved our entire fleet into LookOver, including all historical maintenance records under each machine profile. It's already the best record system we've had.”

BUILT FOR THE SHOP FLOOR
Everything a rider gets in LookOver, plus the pieces a rental crew needs once the garage is shared.
One garage for the whole crew
Up to five people in a shared garage. Owners and admins run it, members log work, and viewers see what's due without changing a thing.
Your checklist, your words
Start from a built-in return list, then rename, reorder, add, or drop items until it matches the sheet on your clipboard. Mark the ones that can't be skipped.
Reminders on hours and miles
Set an oil change at 1,000 miles OR 6 months, whichever hits first. Every check-in moves the odometer, so reminders come due on real use, not guesses.
What's due, on the shop calendar
The whole crew subscribes to one link in Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar. Dated reminders land on their due day, and hours or miles reminders show up as they get close.
Labels in your own words
Tag machines Rental, Storage, Demo, or anything else, and stack as many as you need. Filter the garage by label or by Ready and Not Ready.
Every return stays on the machine
Check-ins live in the machine's history with the date, readings, photos, issues, and who checked it in. Check-ins stay separate from services, so your maintenance log stays clean.
More than one garage
Keep the rental line in one garage and storage customers in another. Move a machine between them and its whole history goes with it.
Records that sell the bike
Retiring a rental? Export a PDF service history, or hand the buyer a QR code and every service moves into their LookOver. Your check-in notes stay with the shop.
Works with no signal
Check a machine in at the trailhead drop-off or in a metal building with one bar. It all syncs when you're back in range.
STRAIGHT TALK ON FIT
LookOver started as a rider's app, and the shop side is growing with shops like Rogue Moto. Here's where it stands today.
A great fit for
- Small rental and storage shops with a handful of people on phones and tablets
- Dirt bikes, adventure bikes, ATVs, side-by-sides, sleds, and PWC, any brand
- Shops that want returns, repairs, and service history in one place
Not there yet
- Shared garages top out at five people right now
- Check-ins and the return checklist are in the iPhone, iPad, and Android apps, not on the web companion yet
- LookOver isn't a booking system and doesn't connect to one yet
