It Started with a Bike

When I bought a new (to me) bike, I wanted to take good care of it. I started logging every service in a notes app: oil, chain, carb tuning, sprockets. Before long, I had a mile-long scroll that was impossible to manage. I looked for an app built for riders like me and found nothing that fit. So I decided to build it myself.

We all know the feeling. Someone's tightening bolts in the parking lot or zip-tying a skid plate before the ride. Those moments are funny until they ruin a weekend. Good maintenance keeps the ride alive. LookOver was built to make that simple for every kind of rider.

Built During Montana Winters, Tested on Summer Trails

I started coding from my home office while the bikes sat winterized. I released a small version for friends and watched it take off. The first time someone stopped mid-ride to take a photo reminder using the app I built, it hit me: this was real.

A Community Worth Building For

LookOver began as a way to give back to the friends who have lifted bikes over cliffs and pushed through impossible climbs. That same spirit lives in every powersports group: dirt bikes, ATVs, UTVs, sleds, jet skis. We created LookOver to keep that connection strong, helping riders stay focused on the ride and each other, not on what might break next.
